We’re looking for a fully licensed LPC who is passionate about helping women and couples heal and grow through faith-informed therapy. If you're looking to grow your caseload in a supportive, purpose-driven team and expand your reach through education and advocacy—this is for you.

Position Overview
🔹 Type: W-2 Employee (Part-Time to Full-Time)
🔹 Setting: Hybrid or In-Person in Memorial City
🔹 Client Focus: Adult women & couples (teens are a plus)
🔹 Schedule: Flexible; some evening or weekend availability preferred
🔹 Language: Spanish-speaking is a plus
🔹 Compensation: Hourly flat rate as a W-2 employee
🔹 Start Date: Immediate opening

What We’re Looking For
Fully licensed LPC in Texas (LPC only – not associate)
✅ Clinical experience or passion for serving women and couples
✅ Willingness to build up a full caseload within 3 months
✅ Interest in working with Christian-identifying clients in a respectful and inclusive way
Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
✅ EMDR trained preferred (training available post-contract)

Part-Time Couples Therapist (LPC Required)
Created to Shine Counseling, PLLC – Houston, TX (Hybrid or In-Person Option)

We’re looking for a passionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team as a part-time couples therapist on a 1099 contractor basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

Schedule Requirements:

  • Must be available Saturdays (daytime preferred)

  • Sunday evenings are a plus

  • Flexible hours during evenings or weekends to accommodate client demand

Who We're Looking For:

  • An LPC who has a heart for serving couples with compassion, insight, and professionalism

  • Someone who aligns with our Christian values and can serve clients with spiritual sensitivity (faith-integration when requested, not required in all sessions)

  • Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred to support our diverse community

  • Experience with or willingness to be trained in immigration evaluations is a plus

Part-Time Immigration Evaluation Therapist (LPC Required)
Created to Shine Counseling, PLLC – Houston, TX (Virtual)

We are seeking a fully licensed LPC to join our practice part-time, focusing exclusively on immigration psychological evaluations. This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who is passionate about advocacy, trauma-informed care, and supporting immigrant families with culturally competent services.

Availability Requirements:

  • Must be available Saturdays (daytime)

  • Evening availability and/or Sundays strongly preferred

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fully licensed LPC in the state of Texas

  • Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)

  • Experienced in conducting immigration evaluations (asylum, VAWA, hardship, U-visa, etc.)

  • Confident in writing clear, compassionate, and well-organized evaluation reports

  • Understands the emotional, legal, and cultural complexities surrounding the immigration process

  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with excellent time management

  • Sensitive to the faith and cultural backgrounds of our clients
