What to Expect From Your Therapy Process
Step I: Make a call
Schedule a free 10 minute consultation with any of us. We get to answer any questions you may have and help you decide if we are the right therapist for you. We have other therapist to choose from if needed.
Step 2: Schedule Ist Session
We will begin meeting and we will provide assessments to get to know you a bit more after each session. We will begin to identify areas that you want to work on and making a plan for change.
Step 3: See Change
As you emerge in the therapy process, you will begin to see the world in a different way. You will begin to see a “pre-therapy” you and start to notice the small little changes that make a difference.
