My approach to therapy
What clients enjoy the most about me is that they can “cut to the chase,” and jump right into working into what they need. Clients that enjoy goal-oriented work, love accountability, and participating in their assignments in between sessions.
Some other clients like a more relaxed approach, and enjoy a break from their routine and use the space to focus on their feelings. They enjoy me holding a space for them to gain insight and validation into finding peace.
Either way, you can expect a sincere, warm and direct approach to therapy.
